The Minnesota Attorney General Talks about Probate and Planning

March 1, 2010

By Thomas Moore, Family Law Office Manager

As an employee of a family law / trusts and probate law firm, I often find articles useful to our clients. Here is one of them from Lori Swanson, the Minnesota Attorney General, entitled Probate and Planning (PDF). Ms. Swanson can explain these matters better than so I won’t go into a lot of detail. But she does address basic questions that come up in trusts and estates planning in Minnesota, covering wills, probate, living trusts, conservatorship, guardianship, and more. It’s well worth a read.
